Most homes need more than one job doing, and we do the lot: roof cleaning and moss removal, house washing and render cleaning, driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, pressure washing, gutter, fascia and soffit cleaning, block paving restoration, conservatory cleaning, solar panel cleaning and teak restoration for garden furniture. If the work's up high, our own cherry picker means no scaffolding and no waiting on hire companies.

It saves us going back and forth, and we pass that saving on with a discount for booking jobs together rather than one at a time. Care taken around your home

We soft wash walls, render and roofs rather than blasting them, because high pressure damages render, pointing and roof tiles. Planting beds get protected before we start and rinsed down afterwards, and we'll never pressure wash a roof: moss is scraped by hand and treated with biocide so it stays away longer.

Ray built IGM from scratch in 2016, and it's still him who comes to look at your house, quotes the job and turns up to do it. No sales team, no subcontractors passed between jobs, just a decade of experience with Teesside's houses and the weather that ages them.

Do you offer a discount for booking several jobs together?

Yes. Our complete exterior package covers house washing, driveway cleaning and gutters, fascias and soffits in one visit, and we discount the package compared to booking each job separately.

Will pressure washing damage my roof or render?

It can, which is why we don't do it. Roofs are scraped by hand and treated with biocide, and walls and render are soft washed at low pressure so nothing gets damaged.

Are my plants and borders safe while you work?

Yes. We protect planting beds before we start and rinse everything down once we've finished, so the garden is left as we found it.
