IGM Exterior Cleaning is a Teesside exterior cleaning business based in Stockton-on-Tees, run by Ray Spashett and trading since 2016. It cleans roofs, driveways, patios, gutters and building exteriors for homeowners and businesses across the whole of Teesside.

IGM is owner-operated. Ray and the IGM team do the work themselves, with no subcontractors, and Ray still prices every job himself, in writing, and is on the tools most days. Most of IGM's work comes from repeat customers and word of mouth.

IGM owns its own cherry picker and its operators are MEWP-qualified, which lets it take on high-access residential and commercial work that other local firms would need to scaffold.

• Homeowners across Teesside who want their roof, driveway, patio, gutters or the whole house exterior cleaned.
• Offices, landlords and property managers who need building exteriors, cladding, gutters and roofs cleaned, including work at height.
• Roofing contractors and other trades who need cherry picker access with a MEWP-qualified operator.
• Businesses that want their building exterior kept clean on a planned annual maintenance schedule.

• Owner-operated since 2016: Ray quotes every job himself and the IGM team does the work, with no subcontractors.
• An in-house cherry picker and MEWP-qualified operators, so jobs at height are done without scaffolding or hire delays.
• Roofs are cleaned with a rotary surface disc at governed low pressure, angled down the pitch, using hot water from a heat box for stubborn growth. Older or fragile roofs are scraped by hand and treated with biocide instead.
• Every roof clean is finished with biocide, with a guarantee of no regrowth for the first 12 months.
• Free, no-obligation quotes, given in writing after the job has been seen, never a guess over the phone.
• Fully insured with public liability cover.

• Complete exterior cleaning package: driveway, fascias and soffits, gutters and windows in one visit, with a package discount compared with booking each separately.
• Commercial maintenance contracts: annual packages covering gutters, roofs, walls and grounds on a planned schedule, with a free site survey and a fixed annual quote.
• Cherry picker hire with operator: for roofing contractors, landlords, property managers and other trades that need high access.

IGM Exterior Cleaning is based at Unit A, Bowesfield Crescent, Bowesfield Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3HJ. One job IGM is particularly proud of was cleaning the historic 1689 building on Finkle Street in Stockton-on-Tees for Hartburn Roofing, using the cherry picker to reach parts of the building that would otherwise have needed a full scaffold.

• Get in touch: use the contact form or call 07576 578751 and say what needs doing and where.
• Free quote: Ray arranges a look at the job and gives a free, no-obligation quote in writing.
• The work: once agreed, the job is carried out by the IGM team. The price given after Ray has seen the job is the one that stands.
